Massage can have a big impact on our lives. Massage is simply great.  And though going to a professional qualified massage therapist is a great experience, not all of us have the resources to do that as often as we would like.

You can find a massage partner to exchange massage with whenever you like.

Hone your skills in this 4-hour "Alumni Exchange"

These 4 hour gatherings are open to men completing any of the Buddy Massage courses.

Workshops start with an inner-outer circle, and then break into a 1.5 hour massage, in which the first ½ hour is instruction. The first ½ hour is guided with a few new techniques (or review techniques) not taught in the Buddy Massage workshops.

During your massage, the facilitator will be available for one-on-one instruction.  A great opportunity to pick up on skills you've wanted. 

And, if you have pain, the facilitator will be available to work with you and your giver to address issues specific to your body.  You'll learn how powerful massage can be in these "body tune-ups".  Ideal for givers to experience the power of healing bodywork techniques firsthand.

Once you've given your massage, you'll get on the table and receive 1.5 hours of massage. The first half-hour will be instruction to your giver (you can zone out and enjoy!) .

Buddy Massage Exchange is a non-erotic and non-sexual exchange. Its purpose is to attract men that desire to deepen their massage technique in a safe environment, while enjoying the presence of other men.
