REFUND POLICY

We fully understand that last minute situations arise. We are attempting to balance the need to fill the workshop, minimize last minute registrations and cancellations, while recognizing that life happens. We hope this refund policy works for you.

Transfer to another workshop

Sometimes an emergency arises that prevents you from attending. You can have your fully paid registration transferred to any other qualifying workshop on a one-time basis. You will need to register and attend the alternate workshop within 12 months. You may be responsible for additional fees if the workshop changes price.

When you desire a cash refund

We attempt to fill every workshop. A last-minute cancellation will create a lot of stress having us do last minute advertising, phone calls, registrations, rosters, etc. Our refund policy is structured to offset these costs.

25% refund	5-7 days before the workshop
0% refund	1-4 days notice
0% refund	Deposits 0-60 days before the workshop
0% refund	NO SHOW on the day of the workshop, or no show on any day of the workshop
